What Are Dental Implants?
Discover why millions of Americans are choosing dental implants for a lifetime solution to missing teeth!
Say goodbye to temporary fixes like dentures, bridges, or partials. Dental implants are now the gold standard in tooth replacement, designed to look, feel, and function like natural teeth with a lifespan of 20+ years.
Traditional options, such as bridges and dentures, often need replacement every 7–10 years, leading to ongoing expenses. Implants, on the other hand, provide a durable, long-term solution for those seeking optimal comfort and quality of life.

Full smile restoration often completed in one day
Only four implants needed for a full arch of new teeth
Gentle procedure with a quick recovery period
Teeth that look and feel completely natural
Eat the foods you love again with strength and stability
Easy care—just brush and floss like normal
Protects your jawbone and keeps your face youthful
Long-lasting, reliable results you can depend on

When you choose our team, you can trust that you'll be supported and cared for every step of the way.
Meet Dr. Sam, a dentist with a passion for changing lives through his work. He began his dental career by graduating at the top of his class from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. Afterward, he completed a GPR residency and fellowship at UK Hospital in Lexington, KY, where he received extensive hospital-based training in IV sedation and implant dentistry.
Following his residency, Dr. Sam practiced both surgical and comprehensive dentistry at an oral surgery center, managing complex cases involving dental implants, surgical extractions, and advanced restorative care. He then became one of the lead dentists at Independence Family Dentistry, where he provided a full scope of dental services, including IV sedation, implant-supported full-mouth rehabilitation (such as All-on-4), root canal therapy, wisdom tooth removal, high-level cosmetic dentistry, and complete smile makeovers.
Beyond traditional dentistry, Dr. Sam has advanced training in cosmetic injectables, including wrinkle-relaxing treatments and dermal fillers to enhance facial aesthetics. His incredible talent in implant dentistry and full-mouth rehabilitation has earned him praise across the country, making waves on different online platforms.
Dr. Sam’s dedication to his craft and, most importantly, to his patients, has made a real difference in people’s oral health. With his friendly, approachable nature and years of experience, Dr. Sam is on a mission to give each person who comes to see him the absolute best care possible.
